Bread ka Halwa


Bread - 4 slices (for 2 servings)
Ghee-2 bigSpoons(takemore if needed)
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Preparation

  • Crush the bread and make small pieces (if u want u can remove the brown outer part of bread).
  • Soak the bread in water for 1 min and then take out from water (after squeezing water from bread) let it dry for 3-4 min
  • Heat a non stick pan meanwhile and add ghee to it ,now put crushed bread into the container(kadhai preffered)
  • Fry it on both sides till golden brown and add sugar according to taste.Now fry for 5 minutes
  • Take it out on a serving plate and drizzle some dry fruits on it.

Serving
Serve it as a sweet anytime :)
